THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF TARRANT ' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WICHITA MANOR, INC., of the County of Tarrant,
State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar
and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED,
BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT,
BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
a right-of-way over, under and across the following described land and
premises, situated in the City of Wichita Falls, County of Wichita and
State of Texas, and being described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land out of SPRR Company Survey No. 1,
Abstract 281, Wichita County, Texas,
according to the map or plat thereof, which is attached hereto, to which
reference is here made for all purposes.
Said right-of-way is for the purpose of laying, constructing,
maintaining and operating sewerage lines over, under and across said
property; however, it is expressly understood that the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, shall be under no obligation whatsoever to build or con-
struct said sewerage lines over, under or across said property. The
right of ingress and egress into, over and across said property for each
and every purpose necessary or proper to the construction, maintenance,
operation or the connection of said sewerage lines is hereby granted
unto the said City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and its successors.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the rights,
privileges and estates above granted unto the said City of Wichita Falls,
Texas.
