most. Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 09' 40" W, with the East line of said Lot 36 and the West line of said Lot 3,
a distance of 70,45 feet to an iron rod found In the North line of said Lot 1-C at the
Southeast corner of said Lot 36 and the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, for an ell corner of

1-8, a distance of 135.04 feet to on iron rod set in the North line of Borton Street at the
Southeast corner of said Lot i-C and the Southwest corner of said Lot 1-8, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
