1 a distance of 871.82 feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said Block 14, in
the East line of a tract of land conveyed to Ann Gillen by deed recorded in Document#
201918250, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 04' 40" W, with the West line of said Block 14 and the East line of said Gillen
tract and the East line of a tract of land conveyed to Juan Pardo by deed recorded in
Volume 3464, Page 322, Official Public Records of Wichita County, a distance of 277.10 feet
to an iron rod set in the East line of said Pando tract and at the Southwest corner of a
tract of land conveyed to Donald Rhodes et. ux. by deed recorded in Volume 3942, Page
702, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55' 24' 25" E, with the South line of said Rhodes tract a distance of 365.84 feet
to an iron rod set, for on angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 78' 14' 22" E, with the South line of said Rhodes tract a distance of 569.39 feet
to an iron rod set in the East line of City View Drive and at the Southeast corner of said
Rhodes tract, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 20' 41" W, with the East line of City View Drive a distance of 110.38 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.89 acre(s) of land.
