County Deed Records, being all that certain 0.50-acre tract as described in deed to Dustin & Allyson Bryant
from Michael Long and Jan Crowley on September 21, 2021, as recorded in Instrument No. 202116859,
Wichita County Official Public Records, being all that certain 0.50-acre tract as described in deed to Kayla Long
and Brice Blake from Michael Long and Jan Crowley on September 21, 2021, as recorded in Instrument No.
202116858, Wichita County Official Public Records, and said 1.00-acre tract being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 60d nail set on the west right-of-way line Borland Lane, a paved public road, on the east line
