addition of record in Volume 3 Page 73, Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas and
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of above mentioned Block 56, thence North
North 870 53' East along the North line of said Block 56 a distance of 265.5- feet to
an iron rod, the Northwest corner of the tract herein described and the place of
beginning of this description;
Thence North 870 53' East along the North line of Block 56 a distance of 336.6
feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 270 26' East 1.28.2 feet to an iron rod in the North right—of—way
line of State Highway No. 79 for the Southeast corner;
