Whereas I, Lee Gilbert, am the owner of a certain tract of land out of Blocks 78 and 87 of the
amended plat of East Side Gardens, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of Star Avenue 123.2 feet South of the Northwest corner of
said Block 87; Thence S 87"-591W 195.0 feet to a point; Thence Southwesterly along a curve to the
right with the central angle of 260-34' and a radius of 130,9 feet for a distance of 65.0 feet to a

260-34' and a radius of 130.9 feet for a distance of 65.0 feet to a point; Thence Westerly along a
curve to the left for a central angle of 260-341 and a radius of 80.9 feet for a distance of 43.0 feet
to the end of said curve; Thence N 870-591E 195.0 feet to a point in the East line of Star Avenue;
