THENCE S 870 55' W, 7S.0 feet to an iron rod for Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North 175.0 feet to an eye bolt in North line of Block 31 and South line of Hampton Road;
THENCE N 870 55' E with South right-of-way of 11ampton Road, 75.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.301 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shorn on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
