BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod found at a fence corner on the east right-of-way line Wellington Lane, a paved public road, hearing NORTH 00°35'00"
WEST 914.60 feet and SOUTH 89°59'41" EAST 25.00 feet from the southwest corner of said Dembriski Survey, said 1/2-4nch iron rod being the northwest
corner of a 50.52acre tract, called Tracts 1, 2, and 3, as described in that certain deed to Marvin Aldridge from The Estates of John Robert Griffis and Pauline
