BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the East line of Wellington Lane at the most Westerly
Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Mitchell K. and Deborah F. Broyles by deed
recorded in Document #20194230. Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the Southwest
corner of this tract, from which an 8" wooden fence corner bears S 89' 28' 42" E 1.0 foot;

a distance of 489.52 feet to a drill hole set in concrete, for an angle corner of this tract,
from which a 2" pipe bears S 42' 29' 55" E 0,89 foot; and N 73' 49' 59" E a distance of
95.21 feet to an iron rod found at a 6" wooden fence corner at the most Northerly
Northwest corner of said Broyles tract, for the Northeast corner of this tract, from which an
iron rod found at an 8" wooden fence corner bears N 72' 38' 15" E 6.15 feet;
THENCE S 00' 31' 12" W, with the West line of said Broyles tract and generally with a fence,
a distance of 1484.73 feet to on iron rod set at an 8 wooden fence corner, for an ell corner
of said Broyles tract and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 28' 42" W, with the North line of said Broyles tract and generally with a fence,
at 482.39 feet pass an 8" wooden fen corner and continuing on the some course a total
distance of 483.39 feet to the PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 14.84 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
