BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the centerline of Rathgeber Road, the South line of said
Block 14, North line of a tract of land conveyed to Jack Askins by deed recorded in Volume
2679, Page 794, Official Public Records of Wichita County and at the Southwest corner of a
tract of land conveyed to James and Debbie Lane by deed recorded in Volume 1545, Page
571, Wichita County Deed Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 56' 50" W, with the centerline of Rathgeber Road and the South line of said
Block 14 and the North line of said Askins tract, a distance of 298.39 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Bobby and Cheri Harper by
deed recorded in Volume 3886, Page 117, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00'. 07' 37" E, with the East line of said Harper tract and the South line of a
tract of land conveyed to Darrell and Leslie Stallcup by deed recorded in Volume 3591, Page
366; Official Public Records of Wichita County, at 35.0 feet pass an iron rod set in the new
North line line of Rathgeber Road and continuing on the same course a total distance of
1000.02 feet to an iron rod found at an ell corner of said Stallcup tract, for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 55' 47" E, with the South line of said Stallcup tract, a distance of 298.01 feet
to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Leroy and
Elizabeth Schuman by deed recorded in Volume 2125, Page 007, Official Public Records of
Wichita County, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 06' 19" W, with the West lines of said Schuman tract and said Lane tract, at
964.93 feet pass an iron rod set in the new North line of Rothgeber Road and continuing
non the some course a total distance of 999.93 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 6.85 ACRES of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
