a distance of 737.98 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 00' 35' 06" E a distance of 155.00 feet to an iron rod set for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 24' 54" E a distance of 738.78 feet to an iron rod set in the
West line of the aforementioned First Primitive Baptist Church of Wichita Falls
tract, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
