County and the East line of a tract of land conveyed to James Richard Tibor by deed

of 1704.24 feet to a spike nail found at the Northeast corner of said James Richard Tibor

being an angle corner of this tract;

Northeast corner of said Bland tract, the Southeast corner of a tract of landconveyedto

Archer County and the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to J. W. Hastings by
deed recorded in Volume 234, Page 442, Archer County Deed Records, said nail being at the
intersection of the center of Three Way Road, the East line of theF. G. Knight Survey,
A-900 and the West line of the Robert Dowlen Survey, A-990 and being the Northwest
corner of this tract;
