of said Block 1, Poco Addition a distance of 262.65 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest
corner of said Block 1, M.P.W. Addition and at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1 Menesco
Subdivision, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 07' 53" E with the North line of said Block 1, M.P.W Addition and the South
line of said Lot 1 Menasco Subdivision, at 252.26 feet pass a fence line and continuing on
the same course, a total distance of 343.06 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.85
