Volume 28, Page 900, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northwest corner of this tract;

to an iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 28' 35" W a distance of 227.92 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast
corner of. this tract;
THENCE N 89' 10' 55" W a distance of 33.83 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast
corner of Lot 3-A, Block 1, Wichita Square as recorded in Volume 26, Pages 694-695,
Wichita County Plat Records, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 08' 35" W, with the North line of said Lot 3-A, a distance of 165.55 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 01' 01' 19" E, with the East line of said Lot 2, a distance of 226.09 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.04 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
