296, Wichita County, Texas, being all of that certain tract called
to be 2.0087 acres in deed to Theophillus Thompson from Edwin
& Michael Fuller in March, 2018, as recorded on Instrument No.
20184125, Wichita County Official Public Records, and being
more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south right-of-way line of F. M.
Highway No. 3393, a dedicated public roadway commonly known
as Harding Street, being the northwest comer of said Thompson
tract and lying NORTH 89"40'00" EAST 788.8 feet by deed call
from the northeast Comer of the First Supplemental Addition to
the Blackmon & Williams Third Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, said point also lying NORTH 15.00 feet from a
1/2-inch Iron rod found and NORTH 00"53'54" WEST 7.83 feet
from another 1/2-inch iron rod found for the northwest comer and
POINT OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 89°40'00" EAST 352.27 feet a" the north
