WHEREAS the North Texas Veteran's Relief Fund is the owner of a 3.54 acres tract of
land being all of Block B and the North half of Block C, Southside Acres as recorded in
Volume 5, Page 46, Wichita County Play Records, more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1" pipe found in the East line of Old Windthorst Road at the Northwest
corner of said Block B, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 09' 41" E, with the North line of said Block B, at 330.9 feet pass an iron rod
found, at 391.3 feet pass an iron rod found, and continuing on the same course a total
distance of 514.00 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said Block B, for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 07' 34" W, with the East line of said Blocks B and C, a distance of 299.99
feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Maloyd
Anderson by deed recorded in Volume 1220, Page 764, Wichita County Deed Records, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 08' 06" W, with the North line of said Anderson tract, a distance of 513.98
feet to an iron rod set in the East line of Old Windthorst Road and the West line of said
Block C, at the Northwest corner of said Anderson tract, for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 01' 07' 25" E, with the East line of Old Windthorst Road and the East line of said
Blocks C and B, a distance of 299.79 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.54
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
