BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the intersection of the North right—of—way line of Midwestern Parkway, a
dedicated street, with the East line of a tract of land owned by Texas Electric Service Company as
recorded in Volume 581, Page 60 of the Deed Records of Vichita County, Texas, said rod bears S 89' 06'
41" E — 999.19 feet and S 89' 06' 45" E — 71.50 feet from a spike nail found at the intersection of
the North right—of—way line of Midwestern Parkway with the East right—of—way line of Henry Grace
Freeway (US 281 & SH 79 Highways), for the Southwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this
description;
THENCE leaving the North right—of—way line of Midwestern Parkway and along the said East line of the
TESCO tract, N 01' 04' 00" E, at 30.00 feet pass an iron rod set for right—of—way dedication, and
continuing on same course, in ail a distance of 799.85 feet to an iron rod set in the said East line of
the TESCO tract, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving said East line of the TESCO tract, S 88' 50' 00" E a distance of 58.09 feet to an iron
rod set at a point of curvature for corner;
THENCE in an Easterly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 760.00 feet for an arc
distance of 236.55 feet to an iron rod set at a point of tangency for comer (Chord of this arc segment
= S 79' 55' 00" E-235.59 feet);
THENCE S 71. 00' 00" E a distance of 26.20 feet to an iron rod set at a point of curvature for corner;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 25.00 feet for an arc
distance of 35.43 feet to an iron rod set at a point of reverse curvature for corner (Chord of this arc

THENCE in a Southerly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 400.00 feet for an arc
distance of 213.88 feet to an iron rod set at a point of reverse curvature for corner (Chord of this arc

THENCE in a Southerly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 390.00 feet for an arc

THENCE in a Southerly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 465.00 feet for an arc
distance of 155.64 feet to an iron rod set at a point of tangency for comer (Chord of this arc segment

THENCE S 00' 53' 00" W. at 63.10 feet pass on iron rod set for right—of—way dedication, and continuing
on same course, in all a distance of 93.10 feet to an iron rod set in the North right—of—way line of
Midwestern Parkway, for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 06' 44" W with the North right—of—way line of Midwestern Parkway, a distance of 336.31
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 6.31 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
