BEING a part of Block Thirty (30) of the John Hirschi Subdivision of the
David Welch Survey, according to Plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 59, Plat
Records, Wichita County, Texas and being out and a portion of that certain
1.8345 acre tract conveyed to Larry D. Padilla, according to that certain

COMMENCING at a 100D Nail found at the southeast corner of said Padilla

THENCE along said west right—of—way line of said Sunset Lane, South 00
degrees 23 minutes 08 seconds West, a distance of 303.93 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING hereof and containing 1.8345 acres or 79,912 square
