Deed on March 15, 2013 as recorded in Volume 3836, Page 637, Wichita County Deed Records, and said tract of land being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a "PK" Nail found lying in the centerline of City View Drive, a public road, and said nail being 210.71 feet north of the southeast corner of the N. Dembriski Survey Abtract No. 66 and the west line of
