Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 05' 19' 12" W a distance of 32.21 feet to an iron rod set for an ell corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 89' 53' 53" E a distance of 794.89 feet to a 2" dia. pipe fence corner, for the
most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 06' 37" W a distance of 2377.41 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of
Reilly Road for the Southeast corner of this tract;,
THENCE with the North. line of Reilly Road as follows: N 89' 48' 40" W a distance of 368.31
feet to an iron rod set; N 85' 36' 49" W a distance of 342.89 feet to an iron rod found;
and N 89' 48' 58" W a distance of 886.64 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
87.19 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
