THENCE S 01' 02' 33" W, with the occupied West line of said Dickey tract, at 472.31 feet
pass on iron rod found 0.1 foot West, said rod being the occupied Southwest corner of said
Dickey tract and the occupied Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Donald and
Sue Blankenship by deed recorded in Volume 1896, Page 471, Official Public Records of
Wichita County, and continuing on the some course with the occupied West line of said
Blankenship tract and the occupied West line of a tract of land conveyed to Ralph Kenneth
Hines by deed recorded in Volume 2207. Page 679, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
at 816.05 feet pass an iron rod found 0.2 foot West, said rod being the occupied Southwest
corner of said Hines tract and the occupied Northwest corner of a second tract of land
conveyed to Ralph Kenneth Hines by deed recorded in Volume 1291, Page 578, Wichita County
Deed Records, and continuing on the some course with the occupied West line of said second
Hines tract, at 987.94 feet pass an iron rod found 0.2 foot West, said rod being the
occupied Southwest corner of said second Hines tract and the occupied Northwest corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Robert L. Wingler by deed recorded in Volume 1308, Page 140,
Wichita County Deed Records, and continuing on the some course with the occupied West line
of said Wingler tract, at 1159.75 feet pass an iron rod found 0.1 foot West, said rod being
the occupied Southwest corner of said Wingler tract and the occupied Northwest corner of a
tract of land conveyed to C. W. Bolin Properties, LTD. by deed recorded in Volume 1967, Page
686, Official Public Records of Wichita County, and continuing on the some course with the
occupied West line of said Bolin Properties tract, at 1331.55 feet pass an iron rod found at
the occupied Southwest corner of said Bolin Properties tract, and continuing on the some
course a total distance of 1382.98 feet to a 2Y2" pipe fence corner in the occupied North
line of a tract of land conveyed to Clyde D & J, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 1251, Page
283, Wichita County Deed Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 54' OS" W, with the occupied North line of said Clyde D & J, Inc. tract, a
distance of 209.80 feet to a 21¢" pipe fence corner at the Southeast corner of a tract of
land conveyed to 5—T Properties, LTD. by deed recorded in Volume 1778, Page 892, Official
Public Records of Wichita County, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 04' 49" E, with the occupied East line of said 5—T Properties, LTD. tract, a
distance of 543.50 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said 5—T Properties,
LTD. tract, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 55' 11" W, with the North line of said 5—T Properties, LTD. tract, a distance
of 25.53 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Lakeview Assembly of God Addition
as recorded at Volume 27, Page 238, Wichita County Plat Records, for an ell corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 01' 03' 56" E, with the East line of said Lot 1, a distance of 618.56 feet to a Y2"
pipe found in the South line of State Highway 79 at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 47' 20' 00" E, with the South line of State Highway 79, at 35.64 feet pass a bent
Y2" pipe found 0.09 foot North, and continuing on the some course a total distance of
324.69 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 6.55 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
