rod being in the West right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern & Santo Fe RR. Co., for
the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 15' 20' 09" E with the West right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern & Santa
Fe RR. Co. a distance of 1910.20 feet to an iron rod found for the most Northerly Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 74' 38' 56" W with said West right-of-way line, a distance of 99.97 feet to an
iron rod found for on ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 15. 20' 20" E with said West right-of-way line, and parallel to and 150.00 feet
West of the railroad center line, a distance of 786.22 feet to an iron rod found for the most
Southerly Southeast corner of this tract, said rod being in the North right-of-way line of
Reilly Road (F. M. Highway No. 3492);
THENCE S 89' 55' 38" W with said North right-of-way line, a distance of 1046.87 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 45.76 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
