Thomas Survey, A-283, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike nail found on the West line of a 160 acre tract conveyed by Edna M.
Miller et al to Charlie Wright et ux by deed recorded in Volume 1079, Page 400, Wichita
County Deed Records, said nail being South 1616.25 feet from its Northwest comer for the
Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE North with the West line of said 160 acre tract and the centerline of Huntington
Lane 230.8 feet to o spike nail set for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East, of 30.0 feet pass an iron rod set in the fenced East line of Huntington Lane,
of 50.0 feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed East line of Huntington Lane, and
continuing on some course, in all, a distance of 238.7 feet to an iron rod set for the
Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE South 230.8 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE West at 188.7 feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed East line of Huntington
Lane, at 208.7 feet pass an iron rod set in the fenced East line of Huntington Lane, and
continuing on some course, in all, a distance of 238.7 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.265 acres of land, of which 0.265 acres lies in Huntington Lane as dedicated
herein.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and consideration
