THENCE N 56'02' E with the South line of a 25 foot wide alley to a found iron rod at a
distance of 100.20 feet for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 33'49' E to the North right-of-way line of Tenth Street, and the South line of
said ANDERSON AND BEAN SUBDIVISION to a found iron rod at a distance of 149.89 feet for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55'59' W with the North right-of-way line of Tenth Steet and the South line of
said ANDERSON AND BEAN SUBDIVISION a distance of 100.19 feet to PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.345 acres of land.
