292, Officol Public Records of Wichita County, Texas and a 0.934 acre tract of land out of
DENTON COUNTY SCHOOL LAND, BLOCK 25. LEAGUE 1, by deed recorded in Volume 2385, Page
445, Officol Public Records of Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a mag nail set in concrete in the West right—of—way line of Kemp Blvd. (F.M.
2380), a previously dedicated street, said nail being at the Northeast corner of said 0.500 acre
tract of land conveyed to Danny A. and Patty A. Murphy by deed recorded in Volume 1709,
Page 292, Offical Public Records of Wichita County, Texas for the Northeast corner of this
tract and the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE South along the West right—of—way line of Kemp Blvd., at 107.45 feet pass an iron
rod set at the Southeast corner of said 0.500 acre tract, also being the Northeast corner of a
0,934 acre tract of land conveyed to Danny A. Murphy by deed recorded in Volume 2385, Page
445, Offical Records of Wichita County, Texas, and continuing on some course, in all, a
distance of 214.91 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said 0.934 acre tract
for the Southeast corner fo this tract;
THENCE S 89'56' W along the South line of said 0.934 acre tract and the North line of a tract
of land conveyed to William J. Brand by deed recorded in Volume 1060, Page 494, Wichita
County Deed Records, and Novella Brand by deed recorded in Volume 2069, Page 754, and
Volume 2096, Page 377, Offical Public Records of Wichita County, Texas, a distance of 290.76
feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest corner of said 0.934 tract and the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00'04' W, at 107.44 feet pass an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said
0.934 acre tract and the Southwest corner of said 0.500 acre tract, and continuing on some
course in all a distance of 214.88 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest corner of said
0.500 tract and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'56' E along the North line of said 0.500 acre tract a distance of 290.99 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.435 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plot and whose names ore subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
