THENCE S 88' 47' 00' E, at 29.99 feet pass a 4" pipe fence comer on the East side of Fell
Lane, at 40.02 feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed East right—of—way line of Fell Lane,
and continuing on same course with fence, in oil a distance of 316.00 feet to a 4" pipe
fence corner for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 23' 44" E generally with fence a distance of 970.54 feet to an iron rod set in
a fence 1.52 feet West of a 3" fence comer, for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 83' 10' 43" W with fence a distance of 46.37 feet to an iron rod set for an angle
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 23' 44" W a distance of 816.01 feet to an iron rod set for an ell corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 88' 47' 00" W, at 228.48 feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed east
right—of—way line of Fell Lane, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 270.02
feet to a point in the West line of said Hill tract;
THENCE N 00' 22' 57" W with the West line of said Hill tract, a distance of 150.00 feet the
