Page 698, Wichita County Deed Records, said 1.44-acre tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a barbed-wire fence corner in the west line of that certain 29.92-acre tract of land deeded to Wayne L. Nicholson as recorded in Volume 1160, Page 796, Wichita County Deed Records,
said fence corner being the northeast corner of said Holley tract and the southeast comer of that certain 4.07-acre tract of land deeded to Joe Bohannon as recorded in Volume 1188, Page 537, Wichita
