THENCE S 55' 51' 00" W with the North line of Seymour Highway, a distance of 142.71 feet
to an iron rod set for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 25' 27' 46" W a distance of 272.62 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 64' 32' 14" E a distance of 140.59 feet to an iron rod found in the West line
of the Wichita Oil Company Subdivision, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 25' 34' 26" E a distance of 251.07 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.847 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
