THENCE S 02'02' E with the East right—of—way line of Barnett Road, a distance of 239.37
feet to an iron rod set at the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 11,399.16
feet and a central angle of 00'04'22't,
THENCE in a Southerly direction with the East right—of—way line of Barnett Road and along
said curve for an arc distance of 14.47 feet to an iron rod found for the Southeast corner
of this tract (chord of this arc segment= S02'00'E-14.47 feet);
THENCE S 66'14' W a distance of 173.73 feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest corner
of this tract in the East line of Lot 1, Block 1, Rorabough Subdivision as recorded at Volume
26, Page 10, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE North with the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 340.12 feet to an iron rod set
for the Northwest comer of this tract in the South line of aforementioned Lot 2, Block 1,
Rorabough Subdivision;
THENCE N 89'57' E along the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 143.86 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.08 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
