THENCE N 89' 05' 34" W with the North line of Lowe's Addition, a distance of 224.34 feet
to an iron rod set in the South line of Kell Freeway, for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 65' 43' 44" E with the South line of Kell Freeway, a distance of 246.65 feet to
an iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract at its intersection with the West line
of Wenonch Avenue;
THENCE S 00' 17' 38" W with the West line of Wenonch Avenue a distance of 104.94 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.27 acre of land.
