being in the the South right-of-way line of Airport Drive, for the Northwest corner of this

THENCE N 89' 39' 49" E with the South line of Airport Drive, at 166.30 feet pass an iron rod
found, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 331.81 feet to on iron rod set for
an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 36' 54" E a distance of 25.00 feet to an iron rod set in the South
right-of-way line of Airport Drive, said rod being the most Northerly Northwest corner of Lot
1, Block 1, W. G. Harrison Addition, as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 1345-1346, Wichita
County Plot Records, for on ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 39' 49" E with the South line of Airport Drive and the North line of said Lot
1, a distance of 166.27 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, for an
ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 08' 24" W with the South line of Airport Drive, a distance of 25.00 feet to an
iron rod set for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 39' 49" E with the South line of Airport Drive, a distance of 677.18 feet to an
iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract;

right-of-way line of Airport Drive, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of
1065.60 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of a tract of land conveyed to LWL

comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 27' 29' W with the North line of said LWL Investments tract, at 922.95 feet
pass an iron rod found, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 1119.87 feet to
an iron rod set in a curve to the left having a radius of 7789.4 feet;
THENCE Westerly with the North line of said LWL Investments tract and with said curve, an
orc distance of 55.18 feet to an iron rod set in said curve for the Southeast corner of the
above referenced Stanley Allen Thomas tract (chord of this arc segment is N 88' 12' 01" W
55.18 feet);
THENCE N 00' 38' 41" W with the East line of said Stanley Allen Thomas tract, at 1021.38
feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed South right-of-way line of Airport Drive, and
continuing on some course, in all a distance of 1046.38 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 28.40 acres of land.
