& 964 of the Wichita County Plat Records, also being an ell corner of Block 2, Cherokee
Industrial Park, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 22, Pages 101
& 102 of the Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas for the Southeast corner and PLACE OF
BEGINNING of the herein described tract;
THENCE N 89' 47' 28" W along a North line of said Block 2, Cherokee Industrial Park, a
distance of 399.96 feet to a found "x' in concrete on the East right—of—way line of
Jacksboro Highway for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 11' E along the said East right—of—way line of Jacksboro Highway, a distance
of 200.00 feet to a set iron rod on said right—of—way line for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE leaving said East right—of—way line of Jacksboro Highway, S 89' 47' 28" E a distance
of 400.00 feet to a set iron rod on the West line of the above mentioned Lot 1, Block 1,
USPS/Hatton Addition for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 11' 37" W along the said West line of Lot 1, Block 1, USPS/Hatton Addition, a
distance of 200.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.836 acres of land.
