A 10.273-acre tract of land out of Blocks 5 and 6 of the Kemp's Subdivision of the William Mayer Survey, Abstract 193, being that certain tract of land deeded to Mary
Elizabeth Miller Pearce from Paul Miller on April 12, 1993, as recorded in Volume 1620, Page 479 of the Wichita County Official Public Records, said 10.273-acre tract being
more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a nail and cap in the centerine of Parkhill Road, a county road, and in the west line of said Block 6 being the northwest corner of said Pearce tract and the
southwest corner of that certain tract of land deeded to Wayne Ressell from JerryAllen Bush on March 1, 1979, as recorded in Volume 1262, Page 855 of the Wicr ita County
Deed Records, said nail and cap lying SOUTH 00"09'50" WEST 28.55 feet along the centedine of said Parkhill Road and along the west lines of said Block 6 and paid Ressell
tract from the northwest comer of said Block 6 and the southwest comer of said Block 5 for the northwest comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 89"41'33" EAST 1,219.30 feet along the north line of said Pearce tract and the south line of said Ressell tract to a Yz-inch iron rod being an anglo point in the
north line of said Pearce tract and being the southeast comer of said Ressell tract for an angle point in the north line of this tract;
