bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike nail set on the West line of c 160 acre tract conveyed by Edna M.
Miller et al to Charlie Wright et ux by deed recorded in Volume 1079, Page 400, Wichita
County Deed Records, 48.0 feet North of a nail found at its Southwest comer, said nail
being on the centerline of Huntington Lane, and the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the centerline of Huntington Lane 209.9 feet to a spike nail found at the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'56'43" E, at 30.0 feet pass an iron rod set in the fenced East line of
Huntington Lane, at 50.0 feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed East line of Huntington
Lane, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 1452.0 feet to an iron rod set
at the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 209.9 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89'56'43" W, at 1402.0 feet pass an iron rod set in the proposed East line of
Huntington Lane, at 1422.0 feet pass a fence comer in the East line of Huntington Lane,
and continuing on same course, in all, a distance of 1452.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 6.99 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
