Cabello Oil Inc., in April, 2005, as recorded in Volume 2800, Page 281, Wichita County Deed Records, being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8-inch spike being the point of intersection of the centerline of Huntington Lane, a public road, with the south

Survey, said 1/2-inch iron rod being an angle point on the north line of said Inman tract and the northeast corner of said Landrum

THENCE leaving the south right-of-way line of said Northwest freeway, SOUTH 89*42'17" WEST 104.89 feet along the south line of

being the southwest corner of said Curran & Kiel tract and the southeast corner of said Landrum and Bloodworth tract for the

THENCE NORTH 73°56'23" WEST along the south line of said Landrum & Bloodworth tract and the north right-of-way line of said
Irrigation Canal, at 1219.34 feet pass the east easement line of said Huntington Lane, and continuing for a total distance of 1245.46
feet to a nail on the east line of said Slack tract being the southwest corner of said Landrum and Bloodworth tract and the point of
intersection of the north line of said irrigation canal right-of-way with the centerline of said Huntington Lane, the west line of said
Harrison Survey, and the east line of said Dembriski Survey for the southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the north right-of-way line of said irrigation canal, NORTH 00°47'02" WEST along the east lines of said Slack tract
and said Dembriski Survey and the west lines of said Landrum and Bloodworth tract and said Harrison Survey, at 1392.71 feet pass
the northwest corner of said Harrison Survey and an interior Corner of said Dembriski Survey, and continuing for a total distance of
