Volume 4, Page 20, Wichita County Plat Records, and also out of Lot 8, Block 1, McBride's Addition, Section Two, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 5, Page 9, Wichita County Plat Records, and being that certain tract deeded to K & N - Nortex Engine &
Equipment Inc. from T-M Parts Warehouse, Inc. in October, 2001, as recorded in Volume 2294, Page 846, Wichita County Deed Records, SAVE
AND EXCEPT Lot 4, Block2, of said Mebride's First Addition, said 0.34-acre tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
