by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set in the most Westerly North line of Lot 1, Block 1, Kenzie View
Estates, as recorded in Volume 28, Page 491, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being
N 89' 45' 23" E 1174.90 feet from the most Westerly Northwest corner of said Lot 1 in the
East line of Wellington lone, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 09' 09" W, at 425.00 feet pass an iron rod set in the South line of Kiel Road,
and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 450.00 feet to an iron rod set in Kiel
Road in the South line of a tract of land conveyed to the Miller Family Limited Partnership by
deed recorded at Volume 2251, Page 260, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 45' 23" E, with Kiel Road and the South line of said Miller Partnership tract, a
distance of 300.00 feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 09' 09" E, at 25.00 feet pass an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 1 in the South line of Kiel Road, and continuing on some course with the West line
of said Lot 1, in all a distance of 449.96 feet to an iron rod found of an ell corner of said
Lot 1, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89. 44' 54' W with the most Westerly North line of said Lot 1, a distance of
300.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.10 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever oil streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
