BEGINNING at a PK nail found in the centerline of Wellington Lane and in the West line of the
N. Dembriski Survey, A-66, Wichita County, Texas, said nail is at the Northwest comer of a
tract conveyed to Texas Electric Service Company by deed recorded in Volume 1124, Page 354,
Wichita County Deed Records, for the most Westerly Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 00' 49" W with the centerline of Wellington Lane and the West line of said N.
Dembriski Survey, a distance of 20.78 feet to a spike nail set for the most Westerly
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89. 45' 23" E, at 45.00 feet pass an iron rod set in the East line of Wellington
Lone, and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 1519.90 feet to an iron rod set for
on ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N DO. 09' 44" W, at 425.00 feet pass an iron rod set in the South line of Kiel Road,
and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 450.00 feet to a spike nail set in Kiel
Road in the South line of a tract conveyed to the Miller Family Limited Partnership by deed
recorded at Volume 2251, Page 260, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the most
Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89. 45' 23" E with Kiel Road and the South line of said Miller Partnership tract, a
distance of 300.00 feet to a 1/2" square reinforcing rod found at the Northwest corner of a
tract conveyed to Margaret G. Beck by deed recorded at Volume 284, Page 591, Wichita
County Deed Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00. 09' 44" E with the West line of said Beck tract, a distance of 476.44 feet to
an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Texas Electric Service
Company tract, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 56' 04" W with the North line of sold Texas Electric Service Company tract, at
1774.95 feet pass an iron rod set in the East line of Wellington Lane, and continuing on some
course, in all a distance of 1819.95 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.09
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plot and whose names are subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrant that
