for an angle corner of this tract; N 09' 28' 36" W with. fence, a distance of 48.44 feet to a
2" pipe fence corner, for an angle corner of this tract; N 87' 01' 36" E with fence, a
distance of 675.19 feet to an iron rod found 0.6 foot East of a fence corner, for an angle
corner of this tract; and N 85' 56' 39" E with fence, a distance of 2219.80 feet to an iron
rod found at the most Easterly Southeast corner of said Reid tract, said rod is 1.0 foot
South and 1.1 foot East of a fence corner, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 1 42' 53" E with fence, at 278.3 feet pass a 4" pipe fence corner, and
continuing on some course, in oll a distance of 306.80 feet to a point in the centerline of
Huntington Lane, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 31' 48" W along the centerline of Huntington Lane, a distance of 15.05 feet to
a mag nail set for the most Easterly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE 5 85' 42' 53" W, parallel to and 15 feet from the North line of this tract, a distance
of 305.57 feet to an iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 85' 56' 39" W, parallel to and 15 feet from the North line of this tract, a distance
of 1286.73 feet to an iron rod set for an ell corner on this tract;
THENCE South, at 738.5 feet cross a fence line along the North side of Kiel Road, and
continuing on some course, in all a distance of 760.37 feet to an iron rod set for the most
Southerly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 45' 30" W along the centerline of Kiel Lane, a distance of 932.56 feet to a
spike nail found for an ell corner on this tract;
THENCE N 00' 03' 29" E a distance of 21.90 feet to an iron rod found 1.2 feet South of a
fence corner, for an ell corner on this tract;
THENCE N 89' 42' 55" W along the North line of Kiel Lane and generally with fence, a
distance of 1051.32 feet for the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 31.68 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
