feet to an iron rod found in the East line of FM Highway 369, for the Southwest corner of

THENCE N 00' 08' 33" W with the East line of FM Highway 369, for a distance of 707.14 feet
to an iron rod found at the intersection of the East line of FM Highway 369 and the South
line of FM Highway 367, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 42' 09" E with the South line of FM Highway 367, a distance of 570.72 feet
