bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Shaunte Lewis by deed recorded in Volume 2785, Page 855, Official Public Records of Wichita
County, said rod being in the East line of Smith Street, for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE East, with the South line of said Lewis tract and the South line of a tract of land
conveyed to Allison Lee Owens by deed recorded in Volume 844, Page 191, Wichita County
Deed Records, a distance of 1090.00 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said
Owens tract, said rod being in the West line of a 14.0 foot alley, for the Northeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE South, with the West line of said 14.0 foot alley, a distance of 100.00 feet to an
iron rod set at the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Bobbie Martin by deed
recorded in Volume 2720, Page 847, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West, with the North line of said Martin tract, a distance of 1090.00 feet to an iron
rod set at the Northwest corner of said Martin tract, said rod being in the East line of Smith
Street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North, with the East line of Smith Street, a distance of 100.00 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 2.50 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
