iron rod set at the Northwest comer of said Lot 1, said rod being the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 10' 54" E a distance of 366.40 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 21' 03" E a distance of 328.63 feet to an iron rod set for an ell corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 05' 31" E a distance of 225.33 feet to on iron rod set for an angle corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 82' 43' 30" E a distance of 25.21 feet to an iron rod found in the East line of
the J. Wheeler Survey, A-377 and at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Delbert Douglas Stegner by deed recorded in Volume 1559, Page 201, Wichita County Deed
Records, said rod being at the Northwest corner of Inglewood Drive, for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 05' 30" W. with the East line of the J. Wheeler Survery, A-377, at 228.81 feet
pass an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of the Patton Addition as shown on plat
recorded at Volume 6, Page 51, Wichita County Plot Records, said rod being at the Northwest
corner of Wooddole Avenue, and continuing on some course with the East line of the J.
Wheeler Survey and the West line of the Patton Addition, in all a distance of 595.17 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.11 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
