as recorded In Volume 2557. Page 689, Deed Records of
Wichita County, Texas, and all of a called 0.92 acre tract from
Lynn A. Jones and Melvin T. Jones to Floyd L. Alley os
recorded in Volume 1679, Page. 508, Deed Records of Wichita
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the southwest
corner of said 0.92 acre tract and the northwest corner of
Control Equipment Addition according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 27, Page 1318, Plat Records of Wichita
County, Texas, on the east line of Old Jacksboro Highway, for
a corner;
