of 240.00 feet to on iron rod set for an angle comer of this tract; and S 16' 08' 00" E a
distance of 172.61 feet to on iron rod set for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 73. 52' 00" W, with o boundary line of sold Miller tract, a distance of 340.33 feet
to an iron rod set for the Southwest comer of this tract, said rod being in the East
right-of-way line of State Highway 240;
THENCE N 24' 01. 30" W, with said East right-of-way line, a distance of 507.14 feet
to an iron rod set for the most Westerly Northwest comer of this tract, said rod being the
Southwest comer of a tract of land conveyed to Randy Stevenson by deed recorded in
Volume 2952, Page 487, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
THENCE N 73' 52' 00" E, leaving said East right-of-way line and with the South line of said
Stevenson tract, a distance of 195.69 feet to an iron rod set for an angle comer of this
tract;
THENCE N 17' 52' 23" E, o distance of 154.31 feet to on iron rod set for an ell corner of
this tract, said rod also being an angle comer in the East line of said Stevenson tract and
the Southwest comer of said Lot 1, Block 1, Green Briar Village;
THENCE S 71' 57' 22" E with the South line of said Lot t, Block 1, a distance of 266.57 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 5.00 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
