on iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 18. 00' 00' W with the West line of said Miller tract a distance of 483.10 feet to
an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Southwest Housing
Providers, L.L.C. by deed recorded at Volume 2952, Page 484, Official Public Records of
Wichita County, for the South corner of this tract;
THENCE N 71. 57' 22` W with the North line of said Southwest Housing Providers, L.L.0 tract
a distance of 266.57 feet to an iron rod set at its most Northerly corner, said iron rod is
also at the most Easterly Southeast corner of the aforementioned Stevenson tract, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 24' 01' 30 W with the East line of said Stevenson tract a distance of 496.53 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 6.00 acres of land.
