in the Northwest line of Lot 16, Block 5, Woodhaven Addition, Section 1, as recorded in
Volume 23, Pages 13 & 14, Wichita County Plat Records, for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE S 39' 07' 01" W. with the Southeast line of said 5.06 acre tract and the Northwest
line of said Woodhaven Addition, Section 1, a distance of 69.95 feet to an iron rod found at
the East corner of Lot 18, Block 2, Royalwood Estates, Section 2, for the South corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 50' 53' 11" W. with the Northeast line of said Lot 18. a distance of 180.03 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.29 acre of land.
