right—of—way of Onoway Trail, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 53' 46* E with the South right—of—way of Onoway Trail a distance of 236.34 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northwest comer of Lot 1, Block 1, Indian Heights Addition, as recorded in Volume
5, Page 486 of the Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00. 05' 53' E with the West line of said Lot 1, Block 1 a distance of 180.52 feet to a 2* pipe
found In a fence line and at the Northwest comer of Lot 2, Block 1, Indian Heights Addition, said pipe is
the Northeast comer of a tract conveyed to Arthur W. and Loraine S. Blackwood in Volume 948, Page 261
of the Wichito County Deed Records, for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 53' 17' W with the fenced North line of said Blackwood tract a distance of 235.30 feet to
a 2' pipe found In the East line of Lot 4, Block C, West Indian Heights Addition, far the Southwest comer
of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 25' 28" W with the East line of said Block C a distance of 181.41 feet to the PLACE of
BEGINNING and containing 0.98 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets,
