County Deed Records, for the most Westerly Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 56' 44' E with the South line of said Moore tract, at 30.00 feet pass an Iran rod set In
a fence line on the East side of Huntington Lane, at 50.00 feet pass an iron rod set in the East line
of Huntington Lane, and continuing on some course for a total distance of 1452.00 feet to on Iron rod
set at the Southeast comer of said Moore tract, for an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 03' 52" W with the East line of said Moore tract, o distance of 149.83 feet to an iron
rod found at its Northeast comer, said rod is also the Southeast comer of Lot 1, Block 1, Moore
Subdivision as recorded in Volume 26. Page 770, and is in the West line of a tract conveyed to Moore
Farms as recorded in Volume 1551, Page 890 of the Wichita County Deed Records, for the most
Northerly Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 54' 55" E, of 835.7 feet cross a fence line. and continuing on some course for o total
distance of 850.00 feet to an Iron rod set for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 01' 53' E, at 31.0 feet cross a fence line, and continuing on some course for a total
distance of 210.28 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast comer of this tract:
THENCE S 89' 56' 44' W, at 850.00 feet pass an Iron rod found at the Northeast comer of the
aforementioned Lot 1, Block 1, Lazy Acres Subdivision, said iron rod is in the West line of the
aforementioned Moore Farms tract, and continuing on some course, at 850.7 feet pass a fence comer
0.3 foot right, and continuing on some course with fence, at 2251.95 feet pass an Iron rod set in the
East line of Huntington Lane, and continuing on some course with fence, at 2271.95 feet page an iron
rod found 0.3 foot South of a fence comer in a fence line on the East side of Huntington Lone, and
continuing on some course for a total distance of 2301.95 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 6.099 ACRES of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
