THENCE N 32' 00' W with the North line of said Dail tract a distance of 19.70 feet to a PK nail found for an
angle comer of said Dail tract and an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 80' 31' W continuing with the North line of said Dail tract a distance of 129.75 feet to an iron rod
found in the East line of Diane Drive, for the Northwest comer of said Dail tract and an ell comer of this
tract;
THENCE N 08' 14' E with the East line of Diane Drive a distance of 4.26 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southwest comer of a tract conveyed to Edward and Mamie Washburn by deed recorded at Volume 2270, Page
141, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE S 80' 41' E with the South line of said Washburn tract a distance of 138.42 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southeast corner of Lot 5—A, Block 2, Edgemere Heights Addition, as shown on plat recorded in
Volume 22, Page 70, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southeast corner of said Washburn tract and an
angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 1T 48' E a distance of 16.87 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of Lot 6, Block
2, Edgemere Heights, for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE continuing with the South line of said Block 2, Edgemere Heights as follows; S 89' 35' E 148.48 feet
to an iron rod found; N 85' 19' E 109.17 feet to an iron rod found; N 64' 47' E 115.10 feet to an iron rod
found; N 37' 15' E 169.55 feet to an iron rod found, and N 16' 46' E 52.87 feet to an iron rod set at the
Southwest comer of Lot 1, Lyons Addition, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 23. Page 155, Wichita County
Plat Records, for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 56' 30* E with the South line of said Lot 1, Lyons Addition, a distance of 199.72 feet to an
iron rod found in the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 55' W with the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway a distance of 86.32 feet to an iron rod set
at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 919.60 feet and a central angle of 25' 35';
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 410.63 feet to a nail
found at the end of curve in the North line of Southwest Parkway, for the Southeast comer of this tract

for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 80' 56' 30" W with the North line of Southwest Parkway a distance of 124.99 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 6.06 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon
