this tract;

comer of a 1.236 acre tract conveyed to Richard A. and Grace R. Kline;
THENCE N 89' 59' 57" E a distance of 314.46 feet to an iron rod found in the West line
of California Street for the Northeast corner of said 1.236 acre tract;
THENCE S 00' 13' 18" E with the West line of California Street a distance of 1045.42 feet
to an iron rod found for a Southeast corner of Lot 2—B, Woody Parties Addition ;

THENCE S 00' 02' 00" E a distance of 57.69 feet to a highway monument found in the
North line of Central Freeway East;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with the North right—of—way line of Central Freeway East the
following calls: S 56 18' 00" W a distance of 16.45 feet to a highway monument found at
the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 5539.08 feet, a central angle of 09'
02' 01" and long chord which bears N 58' 19' 50" W — 872.44 feet; in a Northwesterly
direction with said curve to the right an arc length of 873.34 feet to an iron rod found at
the end of the curve; N 21' 03' 00" W a distance of 84.94 feet to an iron rod found in
the East right—of—way line of Old Jacksboro Highway and being on a curve to the left with
a radius of 1969.86 feet, a central angle of 11' 16' 55", and a long chord which bears
N 05' 16' 10" E — 387.25 feet;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with said curve to the left, the East right—of—way line of
Old Jacksboro Highway and the West line of the Woody Partee Addition, an arc distance of
387.88 feet to an iron rod found at the end of the curve;
THENCE N 00' 02' 03' E with the East right—of—way line of Old Jacksboro Highway a
distance of 187.44 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 15.859 acres of land.
